The public pages do not require registration and do not intentionally store names, email addresses, passwords, unit numbers, or profile information. The contact form prepares a message in the visitor’s own email application; it does not submit or store the message on the website server.

External services

The website links to services operated by property management and third parties, including the resident portal, Applications Direct, and HomeWiseDocs. Those services maintain their own privacy policies and security practices.

Technical information

The hosting provider may maintain ordinary server logs, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and error records, for security and operation of the hosting service.

Documents

Documents linked from the public library can be downloaded by visitors. The association should avoid publishing records that contain private personal information, account numbers, signatures, or other sensitive material.
